Privacy Policy

Your name, delivery address, email address and mobile number, taken at checkout. That is what a carrier needs and what a liquor licence requires us to record.

Payment receipts you upload, which are held only until the payment is matched to your order and are then deleted.

The age confirmation you give on entry is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We never see it.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

We use your details to pick, pack, dispatch and support the order, and we share the delivery address with the carrier. That is the only routine disclosure we make.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed by OxaPay, who receive the order amount and reference but not your delivery address.

Order records are kept for the period required by Australian tax and liquor licensing law, then destroyed.

Email orders@jimbeamaustralia.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. We respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
