Buy Jim Beam Limited Edition Australia – Winter Reserve, Sunshine Blend, Giants and Lineage
Six limited edition Jim Beam bottlings, all in stock. This is where the range stops being a supermarket bourbon: a 43% toasted-barrel winter release, a 55.5% fifteen year old, and a seven bottle set covering the master distillers. Almost nobody searches these by name yet, part of why they are still here. Orders before 3pm AEST leave Sydney the same business day.

Jim Beam 15 Year Old Lineage Batch 1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
700ml, 55.5% ABV
Jim Beam Winter Reserve – Six Years, Toasted Barrels, $139.99
Winter Reserve is 750ml at 43%, aged six years and finished in toasted barrels rather than charred ones. Toasting caramelises the wood sugars instead of carbonising them, which is where the cinnamon sugar and clove come from. At $139.99 that is $18.67 per 100mL and 25.4 Australian standard drinks, from litres by ABV by 0.789. Gift box adds $35.00.
Jim Beam Sunshine Blend – Brown Rice Bourbon and the Pick of the Range
Sunshine Blend is the most interesting bottle here and the cheapest. It blends Kentucky straight bourbon with a bourbon distilled from brown rice, which softens it without making it sweet: vanilla and caramel over apple and peach, then flower honey, cinnamon and mild pepper.
750ml at 40%, $114.99, so $15.33 per 100mL and 23.7 standard drinks. If you buy one bottle here to drink, buy this. It is the only one cheaper per 100mL than a boxed gift set.
Jim Beam San Francisco Giants – Four Year Old Bourbon in a Ballpark Bottle
The San Francisco Giants release is the classic Kentucky straight bourbon, aged four years in new charred American oak and sour mashed, 750ml at 40% for $129.00, or $17.20 per 100mL. You are paying for the livery. Buy it if the team means something to the recipient; it lands harder than a plain bottle. Buy Sunshine Blend if you only care about the glass. Gift box adds $35.00.
Jim Beam Distillers Series 7 x 700ml – Seven Master Distillers, $859.00
Seven bottles released between 2008 and 2013, each numbered and dedicated to a former master distiller, starting with Jacob Beam. Every bottle is seven years old at 37%.
The part people miss: seven times 700ml is 4,900mL, so $859.00 is $17.53 per 100mL, less per millilitre than Winter Reserve at $18.67, from a numbered collection out of production for over a decade. Best value here by volume. Break the set and you destroy most of what you paid.
Jim Beam 15 Year Old Lineage and Distiller's Masterpiece PX – The Top End
Lineage Batch 1 is the first Fred and Freddie Noe collaboration, distilled in 2004, aged fifteen years, released to travel retail in 2021. 700ml at 55.5%, $659.00, so 30.7 standard drinks and $94.14 per 100mL. Liquorice, cinnamon and charred oak over acacia honey, then a long, burning finish.
Distiller's Masterpiece PX is 700ml at 50%, aged ten to twelve years, finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks under Fred Noe, seventh generation master distiller. Raisins, figs, plum and toffee over charred oak. $690.00, $98.57 per 100mL.
Both return only when someone sells one on. If you are collecting rather than drinking, older material sits in collectables and the Beam's Choice decanters, and the everyday shelf starts at Jim Beam Black.

Common questions
All six. Winter Reserve at $139.99, Sunshine Blend at $114.99, San Francisco Giants at $129.00, the seven bottle Distillers Series Collection at $859.00, the 15 Year Old Lineage Batch 1 at $659.00 and the Distiller's Masterpiece PX at $690.00. The last two are the serious bottles and neither will be made again.
Sunshine Blend at $114.99 if you are drinking it, since $15.33 per 100mL is the lowest here. The Distillers Series is the better buy by volume at $17.53 per 100mL across seven bottles, but only if you keep the set together. Splitting a numbered collection wipes out its value.
Bottled stock is unaffected, but attention has shifted. Beam Suntory has paused production at its Clermont distillery for all of 2026 because of a bourbon glut and tariffs, while other Beam sites keep running. Limited releases were finite already, and interest has been sharper since.
