About Jim Beam White Label 700mL
The bottle the whole brand rests on. Jim Beam White Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged four years in new charred American oak, bottled at 37% ABV for Australia, and made to the same mash bill the Beam family has used since Prohibition ended. Expect vanilla and caramel off the top, corn sweetness and a light peppery rye in the mouth, then a short, clean, slightly oaky finish. It is the default bourbon for a reason: it mixes with cola without being buried, works in a sour or an old fashioned, and holds up over ice. Around twenty standard drinks per bottle. $44.90, under the major chains. Ships Australia-wide from Sydney, same business day before 3pm AEST.
How Jim Beam White Label 700mL Drinks
At 37% this is bottled at the Australian standard for Jim Beam, three points below the American fill. It is built to be poured long rather than sipped, and it holds its character under a mixer better than most bourbons at this price.
Expect the Jim Beam house character underneath whatever this particular bottling adds: vanilla and caramel from the charred oak, corn sweetness through the middle, and a light rye spice at the edges.
With cola over plenty of ice it does what most people buy Jim Beam to do. In an old fashioned or a sour it works, and the range's better options for both are on the Jim Beam White Label page.

Jim Beam White Label 700mL in Australia: Availability
Current production and locally distributed, so this is a line we restock rather than a one-off. Held in our Sydney warehouse and dispatched the same business day on orders placed before 3pm AEST.
Australian allocation of some Jim Beam lines is thinner than people expect, and a bottle vanishing from a local bottle shop usually means that retailer stopped ranging it rather than that it was discontinued. We wrote about what actually happens to Jim Beam bottles in Australia if you have been hunting for something.
The rest of the range is on the Jim Beam White Label page.
Where Jim Beam White Label 700mL Sits in the Jim Beam Range
This bottle sits in the Jim Beam White Label part of the range, and in the 700ml format alongside everything else on the Jim Beam 700ml page. Both pages carry the full context: what else is in the range, how the bottlings differ, and which one suits what you are actually doing with it.
The nearest alternatives we hold are Jim Beam White Label Bourbon 50mL, Jim Beam White Label Bourbon 375mL and Jim Beam White Label Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 1L. If you are choosing between them, the deciding factor is usually strength and format rather than the whiskey itself.
The whole catalogue is on the shop page, which lists all 71 products with filters for size, style and price.

Jim Beam White Label 700mL FAQ
About 20.4. A 700ml bottle at 37% ABV contains roughly 259mL of pure alcohol, and an Australian standard drink is 10 grams of alcohol, or 12.67mL.
At $44.90 it works out to about $2.20 per standard drink and $64.14 per litre. Those are the numbers to compare across sizes, because sticker price alone tells you very little when formats and strengths differ.
Australian bottlings of standard Jim Beam are filled at 37% ABV, while the American domestic bottling is 40%. It is the same whiskey from the same barrels, cut with a little more water. Excise here is charged per litre of alcohol, so the lower strength keeps the shelf price down. Jim Beam Black and the US-release bottles we import are still 40% and above.
